We do not do youth hair under 11 and there are no youth rates.
Price enquires & colour correction/vivid makeovers please call.
If you want a dry cut with no wash and style please call the salon.

Cancellation policy:

We need 48hrs notice to alter booking requests to avoid any fees. Deposits are non refundable should you cancel your booking less than 24hours before. All same day cancellations, less than 24hrs or no-show bookings will incur a 50% fee of the service you have booked regardless of reason for non attendance. This will be charged to your card on file or applied to your next booking. 

Deposits:

We require a deposit for all new bookings and a card on file for all new clients. We can take deposits over the phone, in person or via bank transfer. Deposits are non refundable should you cancel your booking within 24hrs.

Colour adjustments:

If you feel you need a colour adjustment after leaving the salon please get in touch with us immediately. We have a one week notice limit to avoid any service fees. Once you have left the salon we are not responsible for anything that goes against the salon’s recommendations. Once you have applied any other colours or have gone swimming, sauna, steam room or any activity that will lift colour out or alter the work we have done, we are not responsible for colour change and you will be charged either a small fee for products used or an entire new service charge. We do not do any full refunds under any circumstance and free colour adjustments are at the discretion of management. 

Cut adjustments:

If you feel you need a cut adjustment after leaving the salon please get in touch with us immediately. We have a two week notice limit to avoid any service fees. We do not do any full refunds under any circumstance and free cut adjustments are at the discretion of management.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of our work we do not offer full refunds of any kind. We will always do our best to give you the best service with fantastic results. Should an error occur where you wish to have a refund and we have not been given the chance to correct what you feel is needing adjusting, no refunds will be given. Refund amounts are subject to discretion of management should a resolution not be made.
