Cancellation Policy
We understand things happen, we just ask you give us 24 hours notice minimum, but 48 hours preferably, so we can plan accordingly.
No show bookings will incur a 50% cancellation fee on your next service. Same day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) for new clients will incur a 50% cancellation fee unless ill or family emergency. Same day return customers will incur a 20% cancellation fee unless ill or family emergency. More than two no shows or same day cancellations will require a 50% deposit. More than three no shows or cancellations will require prepayment for future bookings. All cancellation fees and deposits are non refundable.
